Principal dancer, ballet master, and choreographer Theodore Constant has held various esteemed positions, including artistic adviser to the National Ballet Theatre in Romania, artistic director of the Cologne Dance Academy in Germany and the OSC Dance Company in Canada, ballet director of the Northern California Dance Conservatory in the United States, and Ballet Master at the Ballet Academy and Youth Company of the Vienna State Opera in Austria. As the founder and artistic director of Theodore Constant - Dance Academy, he established the annual TCDA - International Ballet Festival in the United States, which commemorates its 13th anniversary in 2026.

Mr. Constant is a frequent juror for prestigious international ballet competitions and is sought after as a master teacher in professional companies and vocational schools globally. His students have received numerous accolades, including the Prix de Lausanne Professional Prize in ballet and contemporary dance, the Outstanding Artistry Award and gold medal at the Youth America Grand Prix Finals, and have joined esteemed dance companies such as Teatro alla Scala Milan, Paris Opera Ballet, Vienna State Opera Ballet, The Royal Ballet (London), San Francisco Ballet, Netherlands Dance Theatre, Cullberg Ballet, Eifman Ballet St. Petersburg, Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, and many others.

He particularly enjoys teaching, mentoring, and guiding the next generation of dancers to reach their full potential and expand the arts.
