Primary Dance Programs
Open EnrollmentPre-Ballet
Introduces very young students to the enchanting world of story ballets, which originated in the Royal Courts of Europe. Students develop creativity, fine motor skills, and coordination, while cultivating musicality and an appreciation for the arts.
The program facilitates optimal physical development and enhances cognitive abilities, fostering intellectual growth and spatial awareness.
Preparatory A
Builds upon Pre-Ballet or introduces new students to the art form, its discipline and appreciation. Prepares students for Preparatory B. Students refine their motor skills, deepen coordination, and begin developing a structured understanding of ballet technique.
Preparatory B
Continues the development of ballet fundamentals, preparing students for Levels 1 and 2. Students further deepen their technical foundation, refine movement quality, and strengthen their understanding of artistic expression.
Levels 1 & 2
Builds upon Preparatory A & B or introduces new students to the art form and its discipline. Prepares students for Levels 3 and 4. Students develop esthetics, recognizing that ballet is synonymous with beauty — learning poise, posture, confidence, teamwork, and respect for themselves and others.
They also develop a full spectrum of thinking skills — analytical, creative, logical, reflective, systems, strategic, divergent, and convergent thinking. The program prepares the body for optimal development, empowering students to realize their full potential in all facets of life.

Pre-Professional Programs
Audition RequiredLevels 3–4
Designed for students with a strong classical technique, advanced maturity, and intrinsic focus. Builds upon Levels 1–2 and prepares students for Levels 4 and 5. Further refines motor movement, coordination, control, artistry, character, and performance quality.
Levels 5–6
Builds upon Levels 3–4 and prepares students for Levels 7 and 8. Students deepen their understanding of the body as ballet engages all 650 muscles simultaneously. They begin classical and contemporary variations, character dance, and classical repertoire work.
Levels 7–8
Prepares students for either Class of Perfection or a professional dance company. Students work intensively on classical, modern, and contemporary techniques — refining execution, artistry, communication with the public, performance maturity, projection, and self-awareness.
Students gain knowledge of ballet worldwide, dance history, basic anatomy, basic psychology, and music in relation to dance — as well as metacognition (reflecting on one’s own thinking). Guidance is provided on audition procedures, resume writing, and company selection.
Upon graduation, students have acquired all prerequisites to join a professional dance company — with exceptional self-control, discipline, work ethic, endurance, and perseverance.
Class of Perfection
Designed for students who possess an exceptional classical ballet technique at a professional dance company level. Serves as a bridge between the Academy and a professional dance company — akin to a “second company” or “apprentice” program. Students further refine the skills acquired in Levels 7 and 8, and are presented with additional performance opportunities.
