Katie McEntyre

Katie McEntyre grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, followed by an MBA from Arizona State University. After a 20-year career in supply chain management, she made the decision to pursue her lifelong passion for fitness and movement. She is certified in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) instructor, combining evidence-based fitness principles with dance-specific training to support strength, alignment, enhanced performance, and injury prevention.

Her specialty is creating individualized fitness programs tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and needs. Her approach emphasizes proper form, functional strength, long-term wellness, and consistency in movement. This makes her work especially valuable for dancers, performers, and athletes at all ages and stages of development. 

Ms. McEntyre resides in The Woodlands, TX with her husband, three children, and two dogs. When she is not in the gym or the studio she is planning adventures and working behind the scenes to support the kids in their various activities and school!
