Throughout her professional dance career, Dawn Dippel has had the privilege of performing globally, visiting New York, California, Italy, and Spain. Currently, she holds faculty positions at Houston Ballet Academy, Ad Deum Dance Company, and will join the faculty at The Woodlands Ballet Academy in August 2006.

Dawn Dippel has held various roles, including co-owner of NHPA Dance Studio, co-Director and founding member of Revolve Dance Company, and member of the Dominic Walsh Dance Theatre.

Raised in the Houston area, Dawn graduated from Houston’s High School for the Performing & Visual Arts Dance Department. She has continued her training both in Houston and beyond. In 2008, Dance Magazine recognized her as one of “25 to Watch” emerging artists nationwide, and she was also named one of Houston’s 100 creatives by the Houston Press. In 2014, “Revolve On Camera” premiered at the Houston Cinema Arts Festival and was awarded the audience choice award at the Dance Camera West festival in California.

In addition to her teaching endeavors, Dawn remains an active dancer and choreographer in Houston. She has collaborated with numerous talented and accomplished artists who have profoundly influenced her artistic journey.

Dawn’s teaching expertise encompasses modern, jazz and contemporary dance, and she holds certification as a MUNZ FLOOR® CHRYSALIS #1 Coach.
